In the past few months, several events initiated many changes at Optitech. Among these events, those which marked the company the most are the sale of the office of Gatineau as well as the renewal of certification ISO 9001:2000.

We thus took advantage from these changes to unveil our new Extranet site whose principal tool allows an off-site access to all information and documents related to our quality management system (QMS).

Named "Système Nerveux", this tool built on Web technology allows also the management of the administrative activities of a company of which invoicing, inscriptions with the ledger, the management of the suppliers and customers and humains ressources.

Lastly, the project management is also facilitated with the "Système Nerveux" by the use of the functionalities to manage time sheets, registers of projects, event log and reporting.
